As a commercial venture: The whole compound is connected and can be rented in its entirety. It can comfortably accommodate 8 couples, each having their own ensuite bath and private entrance. Among them would be four kitchens. Similar compounds rent in the $15,000 range per week on some Caribbean islands.

As a residence plus income rental: The Guest House and Cottage are currently rented. They are out of earshot and sight of the Main House and have separate driveways.

In addition, the apartment in the lower level of the Main House can be rented as a luxury accommodation. The upper level can be rented separately as well.

Owners could even live in the Guest House and rent the Main House for significant income.

As a property to be divided: The purchaser could sell off the Guest House and Cottage. They are situated on a large piece of land, deeded separately, and would be attractive to buyers.
